Amy Hanson, MPM, RPM

Amy Hanson

Amy Hanson, MPM, RPM has been a licensed Texas REALTOR since 1993. She was born and raised in San Antonio and holds  a Bachelor degree from Texas Tech University and a Masters degree from The University of Oklahoma.  
 

Amy is the managing Broker for A Plus Management in Plano Texas and is actively involved in the REALTOR community in Local, State and National organizations. She was previously awarded the Property Management Specialist of the year, Platinum Top 50 Real Estate Agent as well as the prestigious Women’s Council of Realtors Entrepreneur of the year award. Amy currently serves as National President Elect for NARPM and is the Chair of the Leasing and Property Management Committee at The Collin County Association of REALTORS.  She is also the Board Liason for Leasing and Property Management at the Texas Association of REALTORS.  Amy is most proud of her two sons, Aaron and Aiden, who are her pride and joy.  She recently got married to her best friend Wendell and became a bonus mom to daughters Britni and Haleigh. In her free time she likes to read, garden and travel the globe!

Marc Cunningham

At the age of 5, Marc was hired as the chief weed-puller for Grace Property Management, the company his father founded in 1978.


Marc spent many years pulling weeds, painting walls, showing properties, and collecting rents. Today, Marc is the owner and President of Grace Property Management & Real Estate.


From a platform of managing over 1,000 rental properties in Denver, Grace Management helps people buy, sell, invest, flip, collect rent, evict, and have fun doing it!

 

If you are more impressed with initials after a name– Marc holds a degree in Real Estate & Finance, has taught real estate classes in over 40 states, has been named the national property manager of the year, and is the host of the property management business podcast.

Chris Loebsack

Chris is the founder and Managing Principal of the eviction-services law firm, Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC.  Chris is a 1996 graduate of Duke University School of Law and a 1993 graduate of Clemson University.  Chris lives in Charlotte, NC and his Firm provides services
throughout the Carolinas and Georgia.

 

Chris’ legal practice focuses primarily on representing national Multifamily & Single Family Operator property management firms, but he is also a Certified Mediator. Chris has been named
to the NC SuperLawyers list each year from 2016 to present.

 

Finally, Chris volunteers much of his spare time in service of several Apartment Industry entities.  He is a past member of the Apartment Association of North Carolina Board; he is a 2023 member of the Wilmington Apartment Association Board; he was a member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Board from 2017-2020; and since 2015 has been a member of the Clemson University Humanities Advancement Board, of which he is currently the Chair.

Jean Hobbs

Jean Hobbs is an Auditor/Investigator in the Regulatory Affairs Division of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. As an Auditor/Investigator, Jean investigates complaints against licensees on a statewide basis and performs audits of real estate trust accounts and taught the Commission’s Basic Trust Account course until it went online. Jean also has a Master of Accounting, specializing in forensic accounting. Licensed as a broker since 1993, Jean has worked in retail property management and residential sales, specializing in bank foreclosures prior to joining the Commission in 2006.

Jean is also a recipient of the 2021 Investigator of the Year Award from ARELLO (the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials). 

Melissa Sharone MPM® RMP®

Melissa Sharone MPM® RMP®  is the President at First Rate Property Management CRMC®. She is a Boise Native and graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Melissa is an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) at both the national and local levels. Currently she serves on the National Board of Directors as the NARPM President for 2024.  Melissa received her RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation in 2016 and my MPM (Master Property Manager) in 2018. She also serves on the advisory council for the Better Business Bureau. Melissa and husband are investors in a multi-unit complex in Boise and they have 3 kids ages 16, 9 and 6.  They enjoy spending lots of time at their family cabin in McCall and attending Boise State Football games.

Patricia A. Moylan

PATRICIA “Tricia” MOYLAN has been a North Carolina licensed attorney for more than 35 years. She served as the first Legal Education Officer in the Education & Licensing Division of the NC Real Estate Commission from 1999-2018 mostly under the tutelage of Division Director Larry A. Outlaw. As Legal Education Officer, Patricia was primarily responsible for researching and writing the educational materials for the Commission’s annual Update/BICAR courses, was a co-author and primary editor of the Commission’s NC Real Estate Manual, the approved text for the Commission’s postlicensing courses, and she developed and taught the Commission’s 12-hour Broker-in-Charge Course at various locations throughout North Carolina from 2000 through 2017.  
 

Patricia is a NCREC-approved instructor who teaches postlicensing and continuing education for Education Providers. She also offers legal services, advisory or representational, to real estate licensees as Moylan Consulting.

Kyle Fetterolf

A self-proclaimed nerd who would rather be improving his rubix cube solve times instead of answering customer emails, Kyle has over 10 years of property management experience, and has overseen the merging and acquisition of multiple management companies. 

 

Kyle has experience working in small firms, as well as experience as a regional manager with a firm at over 15,000 doors. His drive for innovation led him to found ReziTurn, which leverages the latest tech to automate tenant turns for landlords and tenants. 

 

Kyle serves as the President of the Triangle Chapter of NARPM in his home town of Raleigh, where he lives with his wife, dog, and flock of chickens.

ADAM STALLINGS

A Franklin County, North Carolina native, Adam is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Wake Forest University School of Law.  Upon graduation, Adam joined a private law firm in Eastern North Carolina where he was a general litigation attorney.

 

Adam was employed by the Real Estate Commission in 2011 where he served as Chief Deputy Legal Counsel.  As Chief Deputy Legal Counsel, Adam was the primary prosecutor for the Commission.  

 

In 2014, Adam left the Commission to open a new firm focused on defending North Carolina brokers and representing individuals across the state in litigating real estate disputes. Last year, Adam became a partner with the Winston-Salem law firm of Martin & Gifford, where he represents the NC REALTORS® and continues to defend licensed brokers in all areas of the industry.

Jon Biggs

Jon Biggs oversees risk management functions related to Investors Title’s approved provider system. In this role, he oversees the approval process, develops educational seminars and communications-based initiatives involving approved providers and agents, and manages provider data and analysis related to the company's risk management efforts. Prior to joining Investors Title in 2012, he was partner at a firm in Durham, North Carolina where he practiced residential and commercial real estate law for more than 20 years. Mr. Biggs holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Jennifer Stoops, MPM ®, RMP ®

Jennifer Stoops, MPM ®, RMP ®, is VP of Industry Relations at PURE Property Management, the fastest growing profitable residential property management and technology company in the U.S. In this role, Jennifer leads PURE’s growth by building relationships with key industry stakeholders while connecting with owners of property management companies curious about joining PURE’s “band together, build together” mission. Since its founding, PURE has acquired over 60 property management companies.
 

An experienced property management professional, Jennifer leverages her extensive experience after having grown Park Avenue Properties from a local Charlotte, North Carolina business to a regional company overseeing the management of residential investment properties throughout the Southeastern United States from individual landlords to large institutional investors. 
 

A distinguished leader, Jennifer has been active in local, regional and national industry organizations throughout her career and had most recently served on the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) National Board as a Regional Vice President. In addition, she currently serves on the legislative committee and Women’s Leadership Council of the National Rental Home Council (NRHC), is the immediate Past Chair of the NC Realtors Legislative Affairs Committee. Jennifer also holds the role of State Political Coordinator, a liaison between members of the House of Representatives and the Realtor Association. She is on the Editorial Board for REI INK magazine, an industry publication that shares information written by and for top real estate and property management industry leaders and influencers.
